Andrea Arnold is a British film director who focuses on the social realism genre. She released her first feature length film Red Road in 2006. The film recieved a variety of awards and was a huge success.She released her second social realism film Fish Tank in 2009, this film to went on to be a huge success and won the BAFTA award for outstanding British film.
She is currently working on her next project which is an adaption of Wuthering Heights,
